Training and Support Manager

I am seeking applicants for a full-time Training and Support Manager with a strong focus on providing Executive Assistance and Administrative Support.

The successful applicant will need to be comfortable supporting me to provide extremely high levels of client care to our existing and future network. Our working environment is diverse and fast-paced so I need someone who can work in the thick of the action and who is not afraid to make moment by moment decisions. You will need to have a knack for identifying the things that others may miss and be able to learn through hands on experience and one on one communication.

In short, I need someone who is organised, efficient and gets on with the job.

You will be in an essential element within my team and most importantly be in an environment where you can be yourself and utilize your innate talent.

This is a career position, and I am comfortable waiting to find the right candidate for the role so if you are currently committed elsewhere, I would recommend that you still submit your interest.

Experience in Training Delivery or Administration is highly desirable and Real Estate experience, although an advantage, is not essential and will not preclude an interview.
