Monday, 6th May, 2019 // Property Market News

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has opened the first 2 of 15 offices scheduled to open this quarter.

The doors will officially open at the first Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate office located in The Ponds in NSW on the evening of 9th May 2019.  Set in Sydney’s beautiful Hill’s District, the team at The Ponds will provide a high quality, full-service real estate offering to local and potential residents.

Principal at The Ponds, Saeshen Attapallil said “We are very proud to operate the very first Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate office and the whole team have been so excited in the lead up to this momentous occasion”.

Hot on its heels will be the opening of a second office in Bella Vista, located also in the north-west of Sydney.  There has been strong interest from principals and experienced sales professionals looking to join the newly launched multimedia real estate brand which has created a healthy pipeline of applications.

Senior Executive, Frank Knez said “Interest has come from every state and I expect this to increase further now that the first Better Homes and Gardens Magazine with real estate content has gone on sale nationally, and direct real estate advertising on the television show commencing on Friday 10th May.

We’ve already received applications from various suburbs including inner city Sydney, Strathfield, suburban Sydney, the NSW mid-coast, inner city Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Melbourne” continued Mr Knez.

The initial locations at The Ponds and Bella Vista will both offer a full range of services that includes property sales, asset management, auctions and development sales. The teams will leverage the real estate inclusion in the Better Homes and Gardens magazine to help generate enquiries and win new listings.

Having already developed a proprietary CRM and a Resource Hub, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will now use its broad appeal as a lifestyle brand, coupled with an extensive advertising campaign to grow the franchise network.
