Tarragindi, QLD – Local Tarragindi real estate agent Tracy Kennedy of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate has been awarded the Better Marketing Award from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, recognising her creativity and dedication to delivering high-quality marketing campaigns.

The national award highlights one professional each year who consistently demonstrates innovation and excellence in marketing to grow their business and local reputation.

Tracy has been selling property since 2014 when she decided to make a career change from the legal industry into real estate.

The award was given to Tracy at Century 21 and Better Homes and Gardens Annual Convention in Canberra last month.

The conference drew hundreds of real estate professionals from Australia, New Zealand, and the Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate network.

Attendees heard a keynote address from demographer Bernard Salt who popularised the term smashed avocados, celebrated award winners with former Australian cricketer Shane Lee, and enjoyed entertainment hosted by comedian and broadcaster Peter Helliar at the closing event in Parliament House.

“It is a great honour to receive this award after servicing the community of Tarragindi and surrounding suburbs over the last 12 years,” said Tracy Kennedy.

“Selling real estate is a very competitive industry, particularly in Tarragindi.  A core focus of my team is to develop creative marketing campaigns to make our properties stand out and to give our clients a competitive edge in the market.

“Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate gives us the creative freedom, tools and inspiration to build fun and innovative marketing strategies that reflect not just the properties we represent, but the lifestyle that comes with them. It’s a brand that empowers us to connect with our community in authentic and engaging ways,” concluded Tracy Kennedy.
