How BHGRE agents leverage technology to win more listings

Wednesday, 28th April, 2021 // Property Market News

There is no doubt that in the current real estate market agents need to be focused on winning new listings. With property listings so tight, technology is playing a bigger role in an office’s prospecting efforts.

The technology team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate have been busy enhancing the Greenhouse business platform with great new features, as well as developing an Open API to enable third party tools to quickly connect to and interact with BHGRE data.

Many agents use third party platforms in their business to enhance their prospecting and sales process, however this usually requires the duplication of information. With contact and property information already residing in the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Greenhouse platform, BHGRE agents can access this data when using these third-party tools to reduce data entry errors, increase efficiency, and win more new listings.

The newly built Open API is already being utilised by the likes of Realtair (Sign, Pitch and Smartbook products), Aire (RiTA product), CampaignTrack, and CampaignAgent.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will continue to leverage their recently built open API to further benefit network members with further developments to Greenhouse such as enhanced real-time performance visualisations and personalised dashboards. Also in the pipeline is the enhancement of the current integration of CoreLogic property data to provide more insights to agents, as well as a redesign of the Open for Inspection tool and associated reporting.

Michelle Delaney, CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, said, “We are committed to continuously reviewing and improving our technology to ensure we continue to provide every office, seller and buyer across the country a superior experience and better outcomes. Using advanced technology for the management of properties, contacts, training and development as well as communication and lead generation is of vital importance in the current environment.”

These projects compliment Better Homes and Garden Real Estate’s plethora of technological platforms and resources already available, ensuring every Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise has the best tools on hand to ultimately help our customers find their dream home, sell for more, or manage their investments.
