Lower Mountains Agent Breaks Three Consecutive Suburb Records

Wednesday, 28th July, 2021 // Property Market News

Real estate agent Steve Wood has leveraged the existing buyer demand to achieve the suburb record for the highest sale in Jordan Springs on three consecutive occasions.

Working in the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate office in the Lower Mountains, Steve initially broke the Jordan Springs record when he sold a custom-built 4 bedroom home on Callistemon Circuit for $1.2m.

Steve followed this up with the sale of a Delany Circuit property for $1.21m which just beat his previous record. In the same month, he was entrusted to market another property in the same street, this one located in the closed ‘The Avenue’ estate. It was this record sale for $1.85m that saw Steve achieve his record-breaking hat trick.

Despite this success, Steve has no thoughts of slowing down and has a fourth consecutive suburb record in his sights. “Being able to achieve the best sale prices for my vendors is a great feeling as it means I am providing them the best possible service”.

The record-breaking agent has recently listed a property in Ninth Avenue, Jordan Springs which is a beautifully designed home, both architecturally and interiorly, has 5-bedrooms 3 baths and sits on 2000sqm. With the home being 25% larger in build size than Steve’s most recent record sale, it is estimated that the property will sell above $2.2m which will further increase the suburb record.

Steve believes his personal approach, combined with his passion and commitment to go the extra mile for his clients, is the perfect formula to achieving such great results for the homeowners.

“The prices I have been able to achieve are a combination of the appeal of the property, the negotiation process, and the power and reach of the Better Homes and Gardens brand which has extended to real estate,” said Steve.

The Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Lower Mountains office has continued to go from strength-to-strength since joining the brand in late 2020.  The experienced team led by Principal Vickie Stickler is committed to providing their local community the highest level of service to assist in the process of selling, purchasing and leasing property.
