For immediate release

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Australia is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Tarragindi, Queensland, reinforcing our brand’s steady growth trajectory for 2024.

Having joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate family 6 months ago under our Aspire mobile model, Tracy Kennedy is thrilled to be expanding her offering with an office, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Connect.

Tracy and her team will be servicing the area around Tarragindi including Salisbury, Moorooka, Annerly and Holland Park.

She shares, “Having lived in Tarragindi for 30 years I have seen significant physical changes in the area, however the demographic remains a very family focused suburb. Once people buy here they don’t want to leave”.

With 10 years of experience, Tracy seeks to bring integrity to her real estate transactions, something which is often perceived as lacking in the industry. She hopes to provide sales results that delight clients, as well as stress free property management services for investors.

James Bell, CEO Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, is proud to see the network thrive. He says, “Our goal is to see our agents and offices succeed and grow with us. The opening of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Connect is a reflection of this.

“Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate gives real estate professionals the fantastic opportunity to operate under a trusted and recognised brand, whilst also receiving the back-end support required, not only to list and sell, but to grow their business.”
